Tvinci™ MediaStore personalization is the characterization of the video environment each specific user is using according to his or her characteristics and behavior, in order to make access to relevant paid content easiest for them.

Personalization
  • Offer personalized subscriptions/packages based on the combination of several personal characteristics of users such as their Geo-IP recognition, preferred language, status and more (see related features in Recommendation Engine).
  • Define different encoding servers for live / VOD content
  • Add a personalized "My zone" where users can see all the content they have purchased, their active subscriptions, wish lists and additional information
  • Save user's payment preferences and use as default on future purchases in order to make purchasing easier. Users can choose the payment method they prefer, and have all its details ready for them on future purchases
  • Promote "Next in line" videos for TV series & sports viewers (in addition to subscription up-sales). In addition, secondary level related content (metadata comparison) is offered as a second best option
  • Look & feel of the website can be customized to fit user's favorite content/theme, subject to purchase of the corresponding subscription (or for free)
  • Push up sales of the most relevant packages/subscriptions during user's Pay Per View purchases
  • Send updates on additions of new videos of a specific show/actor/genre/sport league to users that became its fans. Similarly, send notifications on additions of editorial content
  • Automatically notify users by email or on the service when they are not utilizing a subscription they purchased
  • Give discounts to users that enter the same page several times (i.e. interested in its content) but do not buy the item (i.e. maybe a price issue)
