Flash Programmer

Requirements:



• Extensive Knowledge of Actionscript 3, Flash 9.
• Thorough knowledge of LMS, SCORM and AICC standards.
• Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and DHTML.
• Thorough knowledge of Authoring Tools: Macromedia Flash (with Action Scripting), Macromedia Director (with Lingo), Macromedia Authorware, Toolbook.
• Knowledge of at least one server side programming.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of Graphic Tools (Adobe Photoshop) and Flash and/or other multimedia tools a plus.
• Freelancers /Candidates who want to work on weekends or from home are also invited.
• Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in a software engineering environment and/or experience working within the software development lifecycle preferred.
• Experience in video or motion graphics a plus.

Sales Director - Europe

The Sales Director – Europe will drive Tvinci's expansion into the European markets.

Responsibilities:



• Define the key Tvinci European target accounts and strategy to penetrate them.
• Achieve specific and defined revenue targets for the assigned territory.
• Give strategic input to business planning and product development.
• Develop and manage a sales territory, assist in the continual improvement of the sales infrastructure, processes and selling model/tactics and strategies to drive revenue success.
• Support the continued delivery of standardized marketing messages to the target Internet TV market.
• Manage territory and opportunities with rigorous pipeline monitoring and use of sales force automation tools.
• Provide data and analysis for accurate forecasting.



Requirements:



• Experience selling technology solutions to media and entertainment firms, marketers and agencies.
• Drive sales and work directly with engineering, creative services, marketing and product management.
• The successful candidate will possess experience as a sales executive with a technology company, preferably delivering Internet-, media- or marketing-related technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Solid track record where they have built a high achieving sales territory within a young company.
• Operate collaboratively with fellow sales, marketing and product teams.
• Experience selling to media companies and pioneering, consultative sales experience.
• Experience selling both products and services with an interactive business solution focus.
• Creative problem solver; thinks outside the box; analytically rigorous, strong customer sensitivity; able to build longer-term relationships with customers; and ability to grab concepts and quickly synthesize to actionable tactics.
• Smart, strategic thinker with a goal orientation; driven to success.
• Builds trust with peers and customers.
• At least 6 years of strategic sales experience displaying the ability to sell, build and manage business, a blend of experiences from early stage companies and larger corporate environments.
• Broad business thinker; understands the role of sales in the overall business strategy and the application of Tvinci's product to the target customer's business.
• Ability to think on your feet to adapt to individual client needs during key meetings, ability to nurture loyalty and commitment; displays a high degree of respect for individuals.
• Maintain high performance standards, articulate, excellent communicator — strong verbal and written skills.

Graphic Designer

Requirements:



• Proficient to expert in: Illustrator, Photoshop, and Flash including demonstrated expertise in Action Script and in Flash application development.
• Experience in video or motion graphics a plus.
• Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques.
• At least 2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in design-related discipline: Interaction, Information or Interface design; Human-Computer Interaction; Design Planning; Graphic Design.
• Must provide portfolio.
• Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in a software engineering environment and/or experience working within the software development lifecycle preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Usability testing experience or focus group testing experience a plus.
